The Harmony Framework Model and How to Build a Profile of Success are original frameworks, methodologies, and written materials created and owned exclusively by Brilliant Person Career Coaching.
These models, along with any accompanying guides, assessments, or coaching resources, are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach, or adapt any part of these frameworks: whether for commercial, educational, or personal use—without prior written consent from Brilliant Person Career Coaching.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Permission to reference or cite these frameworks may be granted upon request, provided that proper credit is given to Brilliant Person Career Coaching as the original creator.

4. Retention of Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion. We may also impose limits on certain services or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.
