  • First Career Coaching Session (Up to 60 minutes)

    • Discover Yourself - We'll touch on educational and/or work history, strengths, accomplishments, and problem areas.

  • Second Career Coaching Session (Up to 60 minutes)​

    • Find Your Hidden Genius - We'll empower you by going over your unique skills, values, and characteristic traits.

  • Third Career Coaching Session (Up to 60 minutes)

    • Explore Your Career Options​ - We'll review short term goals and explore career options: labour market information, occupational and educational path resources. 

Career Coaching is the practice of helping you identify areas for growth in your professional life and implement strategies that can allow you to foster success. It is designed as a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Career Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize professional potential.

 

The results achieved is strongly dependent on your level of engagement, openness, and commitment to completing the activities and strategies discussed during our sessions.​

How the Process Works:

  • Contact to inquire about the Career Development Package.

  • You will be provided a Intake form to be filled out through email.

  • We schedule a time to go over the Career Coaching Agreement form and first coaching session.

  • ​Make purchase through the following payment options: E-transfer, cash, or credit. 

  • You will be provided Career Assessments to complete prior to our next coaching session.

  • We schedule a time to go over Career Assessment results during second coaching session.

  • You will be provided the My Career Goal Planner Downloadable PDF.

  • We schedule a time for your third coaching session.
