My career journey began in the creative arts at the Alberta University of the Arts, where I explored design, performance art, and entrepreneurship. Those experiences taught me to look beyond conventional career paths and consider how strengths, interests, values, and circumstances shape the direction a person takes.

My professional background has since expanded across entrepreneurship, creative arts, human services, employment support, and career development. From helping operate a family-owned café franchise business to supporting individuals with diverse abilities and guiding clients through career exploration and employment, each experience has shaped how I understand meaningful work.

Since 2019, I have worked as a Career Consultant, helping hundreds of individuals explore career options, navigate transitions, build confidence, and pursue meaningful employment. Over time, these experiences led me to develop a more structured approach to career coaching, which became the foundation for Brilliant Person Career Coaching.

I developed the Profile of Success™ and Harmony Framework™ to help people look beyond job titles and consider the bigger picture: what they want, what they are willing to pursue or let go of, what matters most, and how their career fits within the life they are building.

Today, my approach combines creativity, strategy, and practical career development tools to help students, professionals, career changers, entrepreneurs, and job seekers make informed career decisions and build sustainable paths forward.
